Hello, I desperately need your help guys! You my last hope!
I recently bought a laptop/netbook called Toshiba Satellite C50-B P0010 PSCMNG. I must really say that i am experiencing the HELL purchasing this laptop. Do you think that a 4th generation Pentium Quad core N3520 coupled with 8GB RAM and 1.5GB Intel GPU a bad PC???
I don't know or can't understand why this is happening to me! My PC tends to be painfully slow. I am so much vexed and disheartened purchasing My first (Windows OS + PC). I tried all possible things one could ever find in this internet and NOTHING sorted out my problem. The applications that i frequently use are Firefox, Photoshop, Dreaweaver and Microsoft Office. All these Applications are very laggy and slow. Even firefox takes a while to launch and runs very laggy!!! But all these same applications run fine on my old desktop PC with an Pentium dual-core processor and 4GB DDR2 RAM. I also tried posting the same on Toshiba forums but none has an idea......! I am so stressed and in pain :-( :-(

Here are the things i tried
Clearing temporary files
clearing prefetch
disabling ALL startup programs
Upgrading the RAM from 2GB to 8GB
Windows is up-to-date
Drivers and BIOS are up-to-date
Good up-to-date antivirus is installed(Kaspersky Internet Security)
very limited background programs running(RAM usage: 850MB / 7.76GB)
CPU usage(2-5% on idle)
Reinstalled Windows 6 times by full format
Rebooting in Safe mode(Performance is normal)
